All RollOff pricing has increased $25 as of 2/1/22

In addition you may see a “MSW Charge” on your invoice.  This charge is $30/ton on actual weight of the debris. $30/ton is the exact cost that the landfill charges us.  This charge will only be charged if the landfill charges us for MSW.  The difference between MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) and C&D (Construction & Demo) is the MSW must go through the transfer station in Durant where C&D goes to the Durant Landfill.  Durant has been audited by DEQ and is now required by DEQ to inspect each load going into the landfill.  If the load does not meet the requirements it must go to the transfer station.  Hoffman Sanitation has no say in what goes where it is at the sole discretion of the Durant Landfill.

Items that are considered MSW by Durant.  Boxes, Paper, household trash anything not considered construction or demolition debris.
